Referral Program:

Kaizen Solutions LLC has a referral program where workers can refer others to join the company. This is a three months recurring bonus structure, released at the end of the successful completion of these three months. You can start referring once you complete your first three months with our company and you can only refer one worker at a time.

Referral Program Info:

When? Once you complete three months with our company.

Who? Anyone with the required skills.

To Whom? To our HR executive on Skype – same process.

Referral bonus? $25 for full time month (150 hours or more) and $10 for part-time month (at least 80 hours).

Payment: Once your referral has completed three successful months with the company.

For Example:

Referral 1:

Jan 120 hours $10

Feb 150 hours $25

Mar 160 hours $25

Commission released on April to you: $60

A successful referral means you can refer more (1 each quarter) and unsuccessful referral may result in a temporary disqualification from this program.

❖ Affiliate Program:

Anyone can become Kaizen Solutions LLC affiliate by signing up to our affiliate program. As an affiliate, you just need to introduce a new client to our company (someone who is looking for our services) and we will do the rest.

However, in return we give you a large profit share (25 to 50 cents per hour collected from the client you referred for up to six months!
